Prizes valued betwen $500 and $5,000 may be claimed at an outlet, subject to the outlet’s discretion. Prizes over $5,000 can be claimed in person by visiting lotto department. Prizes claimed at Head Office will be paid by cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). To collect your prize in person, you will need: the original Instant Scratch-Its ticket; and signature identification such as your Drivers Licence or Passport to verify your details.
To claim an Instant Scratch-Its prize by mail, simply complete the Prize Claim Form and enclose the original winning Instant Scratch-Its ticket, remembering to keep copies for your own records and mail to Lotto headquarters according to your gaming jurisdictions.
